Engineering Feasibility Study definition

Engineering Feasibility Study means an engineering study that is completed by a qualified consulting engineer, who has worked in consultation with and is acceptable to the Employment Land User, at the Development Proponent’s expense, which includes in its terms of reference:
Engineering Feasibility Study means an investigation of the possibility of water service and the determination of specific service requirements and costs associated with providing water service to a particular property or properties conducted by a licensed Colorado Engineer.
