Engineering Hours definition

Engineering Hours shall have the meaning given in paragraph 7.1 of Schedule 1 (as adjusted or amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement);
Engineering Hours means the term applying to the running line and is described as being when traction current is switched off (as published in the Guide to Switching Current On and Off subject to variance as published in an Engineering Notice) and trains are not running (ref LUL Rule Book 17 for the definition of Engineering Hours).

Examples of Engineering Hours in a sentence

  • If Client cancels the Prepaid Engineering Hours arrangement prior to the end of such twelve (12) month term, Client must then pay the difference between the discounted rate and full Engineering or Design rate for every single hour that the i-Showcase provided engineering or design service to Client during such time period.

  • All work performed by such FTE shall be considered Engineering Hours for purposes of this Agreement.

Related to Engineering Hours

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on a Business Day.

  • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.
