English Share Pledge definition

English Share Pledge means the English law share pledge granted by the Parent and Jazz Investments Europe Limited (a company incorporated in Malta) in favor of the Collateral Trustee on or about the date hereof over (i) all the issued shares of Jazz UK that are owned by Jazz Investments Europe Limited and (ii) the shares issued by GW Pharma held by the Parent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
