Enhanced Service Provider definition

Enhanced Service Provider. (ESP) is a provider of enhanced services as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.
Enhanced Service Provider or “ESP” shall mean a provider of Enhanced Services.
Enhanced Service Provider or “ESP” is a company that provides enhanced or value- added services to end users. An ESP typically adds value to telephone lines using its own software and hardware. Internet Service Providers are ESPs.

  • An Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet services and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.
