Enlivant Joint Ventures definition
Enlivant Joint Ventures means (i) the joint ventures existing on the Restatement Effective Date between Enlivant Holdings, L.P. and Sabra Health Care AL, LLC (a subsidiary of REIT Guarantor) with respect to a portfolio of properties consisting of senior housing communities managed by Enlivant Company, and (ii) any joint ventures between REIT Guarantor (or one or more of its subsidiaries) and one or more non-Affiliates entered into after the Restatement Effective Date with respect to one or more of such properties.
