Any notice required under this Agreement shall be in writing and provided in the manner and to the persons identified in Section 3.2 of the ENRA.
This Amendment, when combined with the ENRA, sets forth and contains the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties.

This Agreement, the ENRA and the permits to enter contemplated in the ENRA contain all of the representations and the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Master Developer and MBS assigned all of their respective rights and interests under the ENRA to Housing Developer.
Developer has satisfied the requirements to extend the Negotiating Period as set forth in Section 1.3 (a) of the ENRA.
