Enrollment Deadline Date definition

Enrollment Deadline Date means the March 2, 2015 date by which a Claimant must enroll in the Settlement Program, including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Covered Unrevised, Infirm Claimant Program, unless extended by written agreement of the Parties. The date that a Claimant enrolls in the Settlement Program will be referred to as the “Enrollment Date.”
Enrollment Deadline Date means the Walk Away Enrollment Deadline Date, provided that if (i) no Walk Away Right arises in relation to Section 11.1.1, 11.1.2, 11.1.3, 11.1.4 or 11.1.5 or (ii) a Walk Away Right does arise in relation to one or more of such Sections, but Merck in its sole and absolute discretion waives, and/or fails timely to exercise, its Walk Away Right with respect to all of the relevant Sections, the Enrollment Deadline Date automatically shall be extended (effective retroactively as of such former Enrollment Deadline Date) to October 30, 2008.

Related to Enrollment Deadline Date

  • Enrollment Date means the first day of each Offering Period.

  • Deadline Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(f).

  • Open Enrollment Period means an enrollment period during which time any Eligible Employee and/or Dependent may apply to become a Subscriber and/or Covered Dependent, and existing Subscribers may apply to change to another provider network or coverage option, if available, or elect to terminate coverage.

  • Enrollment Agreement means an agreement between the Company and an employee, in such form as may be established by the Company from time to time, pursuant to which the employee elects to participate in this Plan, or elects changes with respect to such participation as permitted under the Plan.

  • Filing Deadline Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.

  • Opt-Out Deadline means the deadline set by the Court for the timely submission of requests by Settlement Class Members to be excluded from the Settlement Class.

  • Purchase Period means a period of time specified within an Offering, generally beginning on the Offering Date or on the first Trading Day following a Purchase Date, and ending on a Purchase Date. An Offering may consist of one or more Purchase Periods.

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Application Deadline means 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the final day of the Application Period.

  • Deadline means a final date or time:

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Claims Deadline means the date by which all Claim Forms must be received to be considered timely and shall be set as the date ninety (90) days after the Notice Date. The Claims Deadline shall be clearly set forth in the Long Form Notice, the Summary Notice, the Claim Form, and the Court’s order granting Preliminary Approval.

  • Declining enrollment means any significant decrease in the school district’s enrollment which may affect the school district’s allocation of funds in future years and/or the necessity of maintaining certain class sections or offerings.

  • Deferral Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the amount of the Deferrals.

  • Offer Deadline means the exact date and time when no Offer submitted thereafter may be considered or accepted by District.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.

  • Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 312(h).

  • Distribution Election With respect to any Series, as specified in the related Supplement.

  • Concurrent enrollment means the simultaneous enrollment of a qualified student in a district high school and in one or more postsecondary courses at an institution of higher education. Concurrent enrollment does not include a student’s simultaneous enrollment in: a district high school and in one or more secondary career and technical education courses, advanced placement courses, or international baccalaureate courses; an early college course and a postsecondary course; a p-tech school and a postsecondary course; or a district high school and a postsecondary course that does not fall within the definition of concurrent enrollment.
