Enrolment Confirmation definition

Enrolment Confirmation means an enrolment of a home in the Plan as provided for under subsection 10.3(8) of the ONHWP Act;
Enrolment Confirmation means a written confirmation that a home is enrolled under the Plan as provided for under subsection 10.3 (8) of the ONHWP Act;
Enrolment Confirmation means written confirmation from us that we have accepted an Enrolment Order.

Examples of Enrolment Confirmation in a sentence

  • If a family decides not to proceed with an accepted place and withdraws before 31 March in the year before joining the College, $500 (50%) of the Enrolment Confirmation Deposit is refundable.

  • The roll-over of an Enrolment Confirmation Deposit to a future year does not guarantee a place will be available in the nominated future year level.

  • If, after paying the Enrolment Confirmation Deposit, a family withdraws from an accepted place in Seedling, the Enrolment Confirmation Deposit of $500 will be forfeited in full.

  • If a family wishes to defer to a future enrolment year, the full amount of the Enrolment Confirmation Deposit may be rolled-over to a nominated future year level application.

  • None of the expiry, suspension or revocation of a licence in respect of the vendor or builder nor the refusal, suspension or revocation of a QFE Confirmation or Enrolment Confirmation will affect the validity or enforceability of the Agreement.

  • Debenture Deposit A Debenture Deposit Fee of $450 (GST is not applicable) is payable at the point of Enrolment Confirmation and is held for each student enrolled at the College.

  • None of the expiry, suspension or revocation of a licence in respect of the Vendor/Builder nor the refusal, suspension or revocation of a QFE Confirmation or Enrolment Confirmation will affect the validity or enforceability of the Agreement.

  • Enrolment Confirmation Fee Following an offer of a place at ▇▇▇▇▇ College, a confirmation deposit of $450 (GST is not applicable) is payable.

  • However, please note the Enrolment Application Fee, the Enrolment Confirmation Fee and the Debenture Deposit will need to be paid in full prior to the student commencing studies at ▇▇▇▇▇ College.

  • Booked Days means the days on which a Child is booked per week to regularly receive the Services at a Centre as set out in the Enrolment Confirmation.
