Enterprise Licence definition

Enterprise Licence means a licence allowing use of and access to the Software by a specified maximum number (or, as the case may be, unlimited number) of concurrent Authorised Users (as stipulated in the Quotation).
Enterprise Licence means the Software may only be used for the internal business purposes of the Customer and/or Customer Group Companies (collectively “Legal Entities”) for which an Enterprise 1 licence, Enterprise 2 licence, or Enterprise 3 licence has been specified in the Order in accordance with the following: Enterprise 1: One to three Legal Entities. Enterprise 2: Four to nine Legal Entities. Enterprise 3: Ten or more Legal Entities.
Enterprise Licence means a licence granted to Customer on a fixed Fee basis to authorise employees, agents, and independent contractors of the Customer to be Users. Fuse: means the Fuse entity identified in the table below, based on where you are domiciled. If you change your country of domicile, you agree that this Agreement is then assigned to the new Fuse entity pursuant to clause 21.2 without any further action required by either party. Fuse policies: means the Fuse policies currently in force and effect and as may be provided to the Customer from time to time. Fees: means the fees payable by Customer to Fuse which are calculated as set out in the Order Form, in accordance with the provision of an Enterprise License.
