Enterprise Licence definition

Enterprise Licence means a licence allowing use of and access to the Software by a specified maximum number (or, as the case may be, unlimited number) of concurrent Authorised Users (as stipulated in the Quotation).
Enterprise Licence means the licence agreement included as Annex 1 as amended by [***] from time to time.
Enterprise Licence means a licence where the amount of designated equipment licensed is unlimited.

More Definitions of Enterprise Licence

Enterprise Licence means the Software may only be used for the internal business purposes of the Customer and/or Customer Group Companies (collectively “Legal Entities”) for which an Enterprise 1 licence, Enterprise 2 licence, or Enterprise 3 licence has been specified in the Order in accordance with the following: Enterprise 1: One to three Legal Entities. Enterprise 2: Four to nine Legal Entities. Enterprise 3: Ten or more Legal Entities.
