Enterprise Partner definition

Enterprise Partner means the entity that purchased your Thryv package from us for your use.
Enterprise Partner means any Person with whom Seller or an Affiliate thereof is partnered through Contract to offer Accounts to individuals employed or enrolled by such Person, including any such Person associated with a Health Plan Partner, in each case other than a Health Plan Partner or CHCS Employer Client.

Enterprise Partner means any Person who sponsors or offers a high deductible health plan and with whom Seller or an Affiliate thereof is partnered through Contract to administer HSAs to individuals employed or enrolled by such Person.
