Entertainment Contracts definition

Entertainment Contracts means the following contracts and agreements to which CCU or any of its Subsidiaries is a party or by which CCU or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective Assets is bound, whether or not in writing, except for any such contract or agreement that is contemplated to be retained by CCU or any member of the CCU Group pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or any Transaction Document:
Entertainment Contracts means all existing or future contracts, as the same may be amended from time to time, between Tenant and third parties providing for live entertainment on-site at the Premises in connection with the conduct of Tenant Operations, including but not limited to, concerts, comedy shows, theater performances, magic acts, sporting events and/or other live performances.
Entertainment Contracts means the following Contracts to which CW Media or any of its Affiliates is a party or by which it or any of its Affiliates or any of their respective Assets is bound, whether or not in writing, except for any such Contract or part thereof (i) that is expressly contemplated not to be Transferred by any member of any Group other than the Entertainment Group to the Entertainment Group or (ii) that is expressly contemplated to be Transferred to (or remain with) any member of any Group other than the Entertainment Group, in each case, pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement:
