Entitlement Category definition

Entitlement Category means one of the following two entitlement categories of Beneficiaries:

Examples of Entitlement Category in a sentence

  • This Convention shall be open for signature in Washington from 29 March 1971 until and including 3 May 1971 by Governments of countries party to the Wheat Trade Convention 1967 and by Governments represented at the United Nations Wheat Conference, 1971.

  • The Performance Year expenditure for ESRD Beneficiaries who are Initiative Beneficiaries multiplied by the person-months accrued to the ESRD Entitlement Category by Initiative Beneficiaries during the Performance Year.

  • The trended Base Year expenditure for ESRD Beneficiaries who are Base Year Beneficiaries, multiplied by the person-months accrued to the ESRD Entitlement Category by Base Year Beneficiaries during the Base Year.

Related to Entitlement Category

  • Loss Category means the code in the Registry, and in the schedule of Loss Category codes and Loss Factors made available by the Distributor, which enables traders to identify the Loss Factor(s) applicable to an ICP on the Network at any point in time;

  • eligible Category means Category (1) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Product Category means the applicable category which best describes the product as listed in this Section 94508.

  • eligible Categories means Categories (1), (2) and (3) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Category 3 means a DG facility of greater than 200 kW and not more than 1 MW.
