Entry Deadline definition

Entry Deadline means, as to any Award Period, the first business day in the last Company fiscal quarter of such Award Period, or such other date as the Committee may determine for the applicable Award Period. For avoidance of doubt, the Committee may extend an Entry Deadline for an Award Period at any time during or following such Award Period (but prior to payment of any Payable Awards for such Award Period).

Entry Deadline is the date specified as such on page 1 of this Agreement as applicable to either Rolling Stock or Stationary Stock. Any items accepted after the entry deadlines will be subjected to an increase in commission rate. As a matter of policy the Auctioneer may not accept any Lots for sale after this date, subject to the provisions of clauses 15 and 16 below.

Related to Entry Deadline

  • Claims Deadline means the date by which a Claimant must submit a Claim Form to be considered timely. The Claims Deadline shall be sixty-three (63) calendar days after the Settlement Notice Date.

  • Check-In Deadline means the time limit specified by us by which you must have completed check-in formalities and received your boarding pass.

  • Election Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.3.
