For each period that performance was suspended in excess of fourteen (14) days for a claimed Force Majeure Event or Enumerated Circumstance ("Suspension Period"), the Term of this Agreement shall be extended by the cumulative number of days from all Suspension Periods over the Term ("FM Extension Period"), so that the Parties may complete the performance that would otherwise have occurred but for the suspension.
