Environment Acts definition
Environment Acts the Environmental Protection Act 1990 the Environment Act 1995 the Water Resources Act 1991 the Water Industry Act 1991 and any other Law or Laws of a similar nature in force at any time during the Term; "Fixtures and Fittings" all fixtures and fittings in or upon the Property to include plant and machinery lifts boilers central heating air conditioning lighting plumbing sanitary and sprinkler systems [hardware and cabling of computer systems] and any other apparatus from time to time in or upon the Property;
