Environmental Compliance Program definition

Environmental Compliance Program or “ECP” means the environmental compliance program to be developed by Tenant as set forth in Article 2, Subsection 104.6.2 of this Agreement.
Environmental Compliance Program as defined in subsection 9.2(f).
Environmental Compliance Program means the policy and objectives, and measures intended to achieve those objectives, set forth in a written plan adopted and approved by the TransContinental Board, relating to the compliance with environmental laws and mitigation of the risk of environmental liabilities, as the same shall be amended from time to time.

  • Tenant agrees promptly to modify its Environmental Compliance Program or the conduct of its operations in accordance with Landlord's reasonable recommendations directed at improvement of Tenant's handling, use and disposal of Substances of Concern in, on or from any Leased Property.

  • The Certificate Holder shall identify and develop an Environmental Compliance Program in consultation with the EM and other EFSEC designees.

  • The Environmental Compliance Program shall cover avoidance of sensitive areas during construction, waste handling and storage, stormwater management, spill prevention and control, habitat restoration efforts begun during the construction phase of the Site, and other mitigation measures required by this Agreement.

  • Tenant agrees promptly to modify its Environmental Compliance Program or the conduct of its operations in accordance with Landlord's reasonable recommendations directed at improvement of Tenant's handling, use and disposal of Substances of Concern in, on or from any Leased Property to bring Tenant into compliance with Environmental Laws.

  • In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to participate in Lake City’s Environmental Compliance Program and is subject to and agrees to periodic inspections conducted by Airport staff, subject to ▇▇▇▇▇’s security and safety requirements, procedures, and controls, to observe the management, handling, storage, and disposal practices associated with any Hazardous Materials.

  • Tenant agrees promptly to modify its Environmental Compliance Program or the conduct of its operations in accordance with Landlord's reasonable recommendations directed at improvement of Tenant's handling, use and disposal of Substances of Concern in, on or from the Leased Property.
