  • TENANT must comply with the rules and regulations of pre-treatment established by the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, the Environmental Quality Board and the Environmental Protection Agency related to the effluent industrial discharge in the sanitary sewer system and their final disposition.
