Environmental Safeguards Framework definition
Environmental Safeguards Framework means the policy framework dated December 2003, adopted by the Project Cities (as defined below), referred to in paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, which sets out the principles and procedures for carrying out environmental impact assessments and preparing environmental management plans for Phases II and III (as defined below) of the Project Cities’ Respective Parts of the Project, as said Framework may be revised from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Association.
