Environmental threat definition

Environmental threat means, under ACEP-WRE, onsite or offsite conditions or activities that may have an adverse effect to the wetland restoration process, or interfere with the ability to achieve maximization of wetland functions and values.
Environmental threat means the sufficient likelihood of emergence of a significant environmental nuisance.
Environmental threat means any industrial use which imperils the quality of water (either ground water or surface water) flowing off Sporting Mountain.
