Environmental Works means any works used or intended to be used for the purposes of improving the environmental performance of quarries in accordance with the Code of Practice for the Aggregates Industry in Northern Ireland; and

Environmental Works means the works described in item 6 of Schedule 1.   • Environmental Assessment means an assessment of the presence, storage or release of any hazardous or toxic substance, pollutant or contaminant with respect to the collateral securing a Shared-Loss Loan that has been fully or partially charged off.
