EOI Common Shares means the outstanding common shares in the capital of EOI and includes all rights, interests and entitlements derived therefrom.

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Corporation;

  • Amalco Common Shares means common shares in the capital of Amalco;

  • New Common Shares means the Class A Common Shares in the capital of the Company to be issued pursuant to the Plan of Arrangement, which shall be re-designated as “common shares” after cancellation of the Existing Common Shares.

  • Newco Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Newco.

  • Class A Common Shares means shares of the Company's Common Stock, Class A, par value $0.0005.
