EOI Pledged Shares definition

EOI Pledged Shares means all of the present and future EOI Common Shares (including, without limitation, all rights, interest and entitlements derived therefrom) owned by the LTV Guarantors and pledged by a first priority perfected security interest in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Bank and BLL in accordance with the terms of the Security Documents to secure the repayment of the Secured Obligations.
