EP Energy definition

EP Energy means EP Energy LLC, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by EP Energy LLC, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.

Related to EP Energy

  • COP means the conference of the parties to the Convention;

  • Gas company means any person distributing gas within the corporate limits or authorized and proposing to so engage.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request.   • DCP means disclosure controls and procedures;

  • Energy means electricity, natural gas, steam, hot or chilled water, fuel oil, or other product for use in a building, or renewable on-site electricity generation, for purposes of providing heating, cooling, lighting, water heating, or for powering or fueling other end-uses in the building and related facilities, as reflected in Utility bills or other documentation of actual Energy use.

  • Generating Company means any company or body corporate or association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, or artificial juridical person, which owns or operates or maintains a generating station;

  • Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.

  • ITT means the Purchaser’s invitation to tender dated (date ITT issued).

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • EXCO means EXCO Resources, Inc., a Texas corporation.
