Alcohol use means the consumption of any beverage, mixture, or preparation, including any medication, containing alcohol.
Medical use means the intentional internal or external administration of radioactive material or the radiation from radioactive material to patients or human research subjects under the supervision of an authorized user.
Off-label use means the prescription and use of drugs for indications other than those stated in the labeling approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration.[PL 1997, c. 701, §1 (NEW).]
Tobacco use means any use of tobacco products within the past two months. Tobacco use, however, does not include the religious or ceremonial use of tobacco.
Production, Use or Storage of Nuclear Material means the production, manufacture, enrichment, conditioning, processing, reprocessing, use, storage, handling and disposal of Nuclear Material.
Public use means a publicly owned project or a privately owned project that is available for use by the public.
Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.
Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.
Contributory drainage area means the area from which stormwater runoff drains to a stormwater management measure, not including the area of the stormwater management measure itself.
Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.
Water-oriented use means a use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses.

Station Use means energy consumed within the Facility’s electric energy distribution system as losses, as well as energy used to operate the Facility’s auxiliary equipment. The auxiliary equipment may include, but is not limited to, forced and induced draft fans, cooling towers, boiler feeds pumps, lubricating oil systems, plant lighting, fuel handling systems, control systems, and sump pumps.
Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume.
Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.
Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.
Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.
Licensed Use means the Licensor’s permitted use of the Licensed Data under the PSGA Member Licence. Login Details means the unique identifiers assigned to the Licensor when it entered into the PSGA Member Licence enabling access to the On-Line Ordering Service. On-Line Ordering Service means the service accessed by entering the Licensor’s Login Details where indicated on OS’s Website. OS means Ordnance Survey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 09121572) whose registered address is at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, XXXXXXXXXXX, XX00 0XX. OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).

If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.
Rubbing alcohol means any product containing isopropyl alcohol (also called isopropanol) or denatured ethanol and labeled for topical use, usually to decrease germs in minor cuts and scrapes, to relieve minor muscle aches, as a rubefacient, and for massage.
Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.
