EPITRON Contract definition
EPITRON Contract means the EPITRON (Epigenetic treatment of neoplastic disease) Contract: Contract No. 518417 (LSHC-CT-2005-518417), which entered into force on or about November 24, 2005 and to which Bayer joined as a contractor on or about April 18, 2006, a true and correct copy of which was provided by Bayer to, and reviewed by, Licensee prior to the Effective Date.
