Examples of EQT Gathering in a sentence

  • The parties agree to use their commercially reasonable efforts, at the sole cost and expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) of EQT Gathering, to obtain on a timely basis the consents required to assign the Nonassignable Assets.

  • The Retained Liabilities shall remain the sole responsibility of and shall be retained, paid, performed and discharged solely by EQT Gathering.

  • EQT Gathering has not received notice of default under any material Real Property Agreement and to the Knowledge of EQT Gathering, no event of default exists under any material Real Property Agreement.

  • The Insurance Policies are in full force and effect, and EQT Gathering has not received written notice of any pending or threatened termination of such policies.

  • EQT Gathering has not entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person that would obligate EQT Gathering to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • EQT Gathering and EQM acknowledge and agree that a whole or partial assignment of this Agreement to a QI or QEAT shall not release either EQT Gathering or EQM from, or expand, any of their respective liabilities and obligations to each other under this Agreement.

Related to EQT Gathering

  • Gathering means any assembly, concourse or procession in or on—

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Gathering lines means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during oil or gas production or gathering operations.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Refining means removing or separating a desirable product from raw or contaminated materials by distillation or physical, mechanical, or chemical processes.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • CPN is as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 64.1600(c).

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.

  • Fossil fuel-fired means the combustion of fossil fuel or any derivative of fossil fuel, alone or in combination with any other fuel, independent of the percentage of fossil fuel consumed in any calendar year (expressed in mmBtu).

  • Net energy metering means measuring the difference, over the net metering period, between (i)

  • CBM means Capacity Benefit Margin.

  • Refinery means a facility for the manufacture or reprocessing of finished or unfinished petroleum

  • Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.

  • Public water supply system means a system for the provision to the public of piped water for human consumption, if the system has at least fifteen service connections or regularly serves at least twenty-five individuals. The term includes any source of water and any collection, treatment, storage, and distribution facilities under control of the operator of the system and used primarily in connection with the system, and any collection or pretreatment storage facilities not under such control which are used primarily in connection with the system.

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Imbalance Energy means the amount of energy in MWh, in any given Settlement Period or Settlement Interval, by which the amount of Facility Energy deviates from the amount of Scheduled Energy.

  • cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

  • co-operative means a co-operative registered in terms of section 7 of Cooperatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005)

  • Coal means any solid fuel classified as anthracite, bituminous, subbituminous, or lignite.

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.
