EQUAL HOUSING. If the Tenant(s) possesses any mental or physical impairment, the Landlord shall provide reasonable modifications to the Premises unless the modifications would be too difficult or expensive for the Landlord to provide. Any impairment(s) of the Tenant(s) are encouraged to be provided and presented to the Landlord in writing in order to seek the most appropriate route for providing the modifications to the Premises.
EQUAL HOUSING. We are an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider. We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act and do not discriminate against any person because of are, race, color, religion, sexual orientation, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. Additionally, we abide with all other state and local laws if those laws provide greater protection. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION POLICY: Prior to having an application for occupancy processed, a valid form of government issued phot identification must be provided. A valid form of identification shall include one of the following. Driver’s License, Military Identification, a Passport, or government issued photo identification. For actual verification of the identity of a new resident and as a measure to reduce fraud in the application process, prior to being provided keys and / or access to the building all new residence will be required to provide their Government issued photo identity to verify information on the application. We shall also use the photo identification to provide a basis to check on criminal history, credit history and / or rental history.

Items that are prohibited to be brought into the Premises, other than for everyday cooking or the need of an appliance, includes but is not limited to gas (compressed), gasoline, fuel, propane, kerosene, motor oil, fireworks, or any other related content in the form of a liquid, solid, or gas. WATERBEDS: The Tenant(s) is not permitted to furnish the Premises with waterbeds.
