If Lessee fails to give notice to Lessor of any such defects or fails to deliver to Lessor the Equipment Acceptance as provided herein, it shall be deemed an acknowledgment by Lessee (for purposes of this Lease only) that no such defects in the Equipment or its installation exist and it shall be conclusively presumed, solely as between Lessor and its assignees and Lessee, that such Equipment has been unconditionally accepted by Lessee for lease hereunder.
