Equipment Acceptance definition

Equipment Acceptance means the written confirmation by Lessee of unconditional acceptance of the Equipment in form supplied by Lessor.
Equipment Acceptance means, with respect to any portion of the Equipment that may operate for its intended purpose as a separate and independent functional unit, that the Equipment constituting such portion has been acquired and installed by the Vendor, is operating in a manner consistent with the manufacturer’s intended use and has been inspected and finally accepted by Lessee for all purposes of this Agreement or any Lease.
Equipment Acceptance means, with respect to each portion of the Renewable Energy Equipment that may operate for its intended purpose as a separate and independent functional unit, that the Renewable Energy Equipment constituting such portion has been acquired and installed by the Vendor, is operating in a manner consistent with the manufacturer’s intended use and has been inspected and finally accepted by Lessee for all purposes of this Agreement.

Examples of Equipment Acceptance in a sentence

  • If Lessee fails to give notice to Lessor of any such defects or fails to deliver to Lessor the Equipment Acceptance as provided herein, it shall be deemed an acknowledgment by Lessee (for purposes of this Lease only) that no such defects in the Equipment or its installation exist and it shall be conclusively presumed, solely as between Lessor and its assignees and Lessee, that such Equipment has been unconditionally accepted by Lessee for lease hereunder.

  • Lessee agrees to promptly execute and deliver to Lessor (in no event later than 15 days after the Acceptance Date) a confirmation by Lessee of unconditional acceptance of the Equipment in the form supplied by Lessor (the "Equipment Acceptance").

  • After Equipment Acceptance by Motivate, the City shall remit the remaining 50% of the invoiced amount on the Purchase Order to Motivate.

  • The individual and aggregate weights of all Process Materials (product and 35 residual) generated during the Equipment Acceptance Test.

  • The Authority may 46 choose to remove an Equipment Acceptance Test requirement if it determines that an 47 individual requirement of the Equipment Acceptance Test has no negative economic 48 impact to the Authority and Contractor.

Equipment Acceptance means receipt from Supplier of 100% of any Capital Equipment specified on any purchase order for the System and determination by Motivate that such Capital Equipment is in good working order and ready for installation;
