Equipment and Accessories means the specific model and make of the Equipment and Accessories as specified under Schedule B of this Agreement;

Equipment and Accessories means safety equipment installed or carried in accordance with statutory requirements and any other equipment intended for use of or with Your Boat. This includes canopies, electronic devices used for navigational purposes, Boat and Motor covers, life-saving equipment including life jackets, depth sounders, two way radios and any other Equipment or Accessories specified in Your Policy Schedule.Equipment and Accessories does not include items that are insurable under any household contents insurance or Personal Effects.

Related to Equipment and Accessories

  • Accessories means all fixtures, equipment, systems, machinery, furniture, furnishings, appliances, inventory, goods, building and construction materials, supplies and other articles of personal property, of every kind and character, tangible and intangible (including software embedded therein), now owned or hereafter acquired by Grantor, which are now or hereafter attached to or situated in, on or about the Land or Improvements, or used in or necessary to the complete and proper planning, development, use, occupancy or operation thereof, or acquired (whether delivered to the Land or stored elsewhere) for use or installation in or on the Land or Improvements, and all Additions to the foregoing, all of which are hereby declared to be permanent accessions to the Land.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Firearm accessory means a device specifically designed or adapted to enable an individual to wear, carry, store, or mount a firearm on the individual or on a conveyance and an item used in conjunction with or mounted on a firearm that is not essential to the basic function of the firearm.
