Equipment and apparatus definition

Equipment and apparatus means any manholes, underground conduits, ducts, nodes, electronic devices, Poles, Towers, or Support structures, cables, boxes, wires, fixtures, conductors, or other facilities necessary, essential, used or useful to and operated by the Telecommunications System.
