If Landlord and Tenant cannot agree on a single Equipment Appraiser, the following method shall be used to determine the fair market value of Tenant's Property.
Each party, within 15 days after request by any party, shall appoint one Equipment Appraiser to represent it and if the two appraisers so appointed are unable to agree between themselves upon the fair market value within 15 days after being appointed, they in turn shall appoint a third Equipment Appraiser.
If Landlord elects to purchase Tenant's Property and Landlord and Tenant cannot agree on the fair market value, such value shall be determined by a Person with at least five years experience in appraising similar property ("Equipment Appraiser").
