Equipment Assets definition

Equipment Assets means any infrastructure asset (including all forms of hardware, information technology systems, mainframes, servers, PCs, computer systems, networking and telecommunications equipment, routers, switches, storage devices (SAN, NAS), tape and back-up devices, printers and other peripherals, mail-related equipment, power supplies, cabling, firewalls, security hardware and the like), other than any Intellectual Property.
Equipment Assets means all Equipment owned by the Company, including and in particular all Equipment located on the Lands;
Equipment Assets means all equipment owned by Pledgor, as set forth on Exhibit A annexed hereto.

  • IB shall, on behalf of itself and the IB Subsidiaries, transfer or cause to be transferred to SEB or a SEB Subsidiary, all of IB's and the IB Subsidiaries' right, title and interest in the Semiconductor Equipment Assets.

  • The Verizon Network Equipment Assets and Facilities Assets are in good working order, normal wear and tear excepted, and are fit for their intended purposes, except as would not have a Material Adverse Effect on the Verizon DSL Business.

Equipment Assets means all Equipment owned by the Company, including and in
Equipment Assets has the meaning ascribed in Section 2.01 of this Agreement.

  • Replacement Assets means (1) non-current assets (including any such assets acquired by capital expenditures) that shall be used or useful in a Permitted Business or (2) substantially all the assets of a Permitted Business or the Voting Stock of any Person engaged in a Permitted Business that is or shall become on the date of acquisition thereof a Restricted Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Client Assets means assets which a bank has undertaken to hold for a client (whether or not on trust, and whether or not the undertaking has been complied with);

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.
