EQUIPMENT BUILDING definition
EQUIPMENT BUILDING means the structure or area provided for the Transmitters and associated broadcast transmission equipment as designated in Schedule 5.2 for the limited purpose of constructing, installation, maintenance, operation, repair or removal of the equipment. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, any item to be constructed or installed in the Equipment Building pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid for, constructed and maintained by Lessee.
