  • The Customer is not entitled to sell, transfer, mortgage, charge or encumber in any way the Hire Equipment nor (unless otherwise agreed in writing) part with possession of the Hire Equipment or assign the benefit of the Equipment Hire Agreement.

  • CoCre8 hereby agrees to provide, and the Customer hereby agrees to accept, the Services at the service charges recorded on the Equipment Sale and Service Order Form and/or Equipment Hire and Service Order Form and/or, the Project and Special Services Order Form and/or the Services Order Form, whichever of these forms may have been executed by CoCre8 and the Customer (hereinafter called the "Services Order").
