Equipment Hire definition

Equipment Hire means the hire of Equipment from Xxxxxx Scaffolding by the Client;

Equipment Hire means the Contractor's agreement to supply goods or equipment owned by the Contractor to the Client for a specified period of time and for a fee, on the terms set out in this Agreement.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
