Equipment Loss definition

Equipment Loss means the loss, damage, theft or destruction of the Equipment, or any portion thereof, from any cause whatsoever.
Equipment Loss shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.10.
Equipment Loss means any loss of or damage to the Equipment while in the possession, custody or control of the Patient or the Customer (as applicable) excluding normal fair wear and tear. Without limiting the foregoing, this includes loss and damage to the Equipment arising from or in connection with:

Examples of Equipment Loss in a sentence

  • You are responsible for any loss, theft, destruction or damage to the Equipment ("Loss"), regardless of cause, whether or not insured.

  • Without limitation of the foregoing, no Equipment Loss shall relieve Lessee in any way from its obligations hereunder.

  • Lessee shall promptly notify Lessor in writing of any Equipment Loss.

  • Loss of or damage to the Works, Plant and Materials; Loss of or damage to the Equipment; Loss of or damage of property in connection with the Contract; and Personal injury or death of persons employed for construction.

  • Amounts Recoverable:a Owned Containers and Equipment Loss: Replacement value, not exceeding insured value at the time of loss.

  • Lessee shall bear all risks of loss or damage to the Equipment ("Loss") from any cause whatsoever, from the date of the shipment of the Equipment to Lessee until its return to Lessor.

  • In the event of an Equipment Loss, Client must immediately notify InfoSight in writing of such Equipment Loss and if instructed by InfoSight, immediately cause such Equipment to be repaired to the satisfaction of InfoSight.

  • If Customer fails to provide the above-stated certificate of insurance for the Equipment at the time of rental, Customer will be charged for the Reduced Risk of Equipment Loss Option in accordance with Section 9 below.

  • The Property Equipment Loss Report will be submitted to the University Property Survey Board for its authorization to be removed from the department’s inventory.

  • embedded generator means a generator who is not a market participant and whose generation facility is connected to a distribution system of a distributor, but does not include a generator who consumes more electricity than it generates;

  • Alternative fuel vehicle means a vehicle designed to be capable of running on at least one type of fuel that is either gaseous at atmospheric temperature and pressure, or substantially non-mineral oil derived.

  • Equipment Loan means middle market equipment loans that consist of loans made to obligors in the United States of America primarily secured by new or used transportation equipment and managed by the Equipment Finance reporting category of the Commercial Lending and Leasing division of GE Capital.

  • Equipment Cost means, for each Unit, the purchase price therefor -------------- paid by the Owner Trustee to the Lessee pursuant to Section 2 of the Participation Agreement and as set forth in Schedule 1 to the Participation Agreement with respect to such Unit. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Operative Agreements, the Equipment Cost for any Replacement Unit shall be deemed to be the Equipment Cost or deemed Equipment Cost of the Unit replaced by such Replacement Unit.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Packet Loss means the difference between the number of service frames transmitted at the ingress UNI and the total number of service frames received at the egress UNI. Packet Loss may also be referred to as Frame Loss.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport.   • Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that can run part-time on two different fuels and is designed to run on only one fuel at a time;

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • Compression ignition engine means an internal combustion engine with operating characteristics significantly similar to the theoretical diesel combustion cycle. The regulation of power by controlling fuel supply in lieu of a throttle is indicative of a compression ignition engine.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Casualty Loss means, with respect to all or any portion of the Assets, any destruction by fire, storm or other casualty, or any condemnation or taking or threatened condemnation or taking, of all or any portion of the Assets.

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • X-ray high-voltage generator means a device which transforms electrical energy from the potential supplied by the x-ray control to the tube operating potential. The device may also include means for transforming alternating current to direct current, filament transformers for the x-ray tube(s), high-voltage switches, electrical protective devices, and other appropriate elements.

  • Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.

  • Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Contractor under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:
