Equipment Loss definition

Equipment Loss means the loss, damage, theft or destruction of the Equipment, or any portion thereof, from any cause whatsoever.

Examples of Equipment Loss in a sentence

  • You are responsible for any loss, theft, destruction or damage to the Equipment ("Loss"), regardless of cause, whether or not insured.

  • Without limitation of the foregoing, no Equipment Loss shall relieve Lessee in any way from its obligations hereunder.

  • Lessee shall promptly notify Lessor in writing of any Equipment Loss.

  • Until such time as the Equipment is returned and delivered to and accepted by Lessor, pursuant to the terms of this Lease and any Schedule hereto, Lessee hereby assumes and shall bear the entire risk of any Equipment Loss.
