Equipment Management definition

Equipment Management means personnel and services necessary to the leasing activities of the program, including but not limited to leasing and releasing of program equipment, arranging for necessary maintenance and repair of the equipment, collecting revenues, paying operating expenses, determining that the equipment is used in accordance with all operative contractual arrangements and providing clerical and bookkeeping services necessary to the operation of the program equipment.
Equipment Management. Personnel and services necessary to the leasing activities of JetFleet II including, but not limited to, leasing and re-leasing of JetFleet II Aircraft, arranging for any necessary: maintenance and repair of the Aircraft, collecting revenues, paying operating expenses, determining that the Aircraft is used in accordance with all contractual arrangements and providing clerical and bookkeeping services necessary to the operation of JetFleet II Aircraft. Under Triple Net Leases, the lessees will assume the responsibility for Aircraft maintenance and repair and for paying operating expenses.
