Equipment Management Fee definition

Equipment Management Fee means an element of the alternative fee schedule calculation to determine the Asset Management Fee Limit under the provisions of Section 8.3 of this Agreement as provided therein.
Equipment Management Fee means the fee payable to an Affiliate of the General Partner under the provisions of Section 8.3.1 of this Agreement.
