Equipment Purchase Orders definition

Equipment Purchase Orders means the purchase orders for equipment to be purchased by a Borrower from JACO, PowerUp or such other equipment supplier(s) acceptable to Lender in its sole discretion.

Examples of Equipment Purchase Orders in a sentence

  • Borrowers will use the proceeds from the Equipment Term Loan solely to purchase equipment subject to Equipment Purchase Orders approved by Lender in its sole discretion.

  • Number will be included on Equipment Purchase Orders sent to Lucent Order Management.

  • The following procedures will apply to all Equipment Purchase Orders for Equipment under this Agreement.

  • GFE agrees to purchase from ECOS as provided in this Agreement, all of (i) its own requirements and (ii) its requirements to meet Equipment Purchase Orders and Additive Purchase Orders for its customers of the Products within the Territory.

  • Equipment Purchase Orders and related Acknowledgements may be sent via electronic means and shall otherwise comply with Section 12.4.

Related to Equipment Purchase Orders

  • Purchase Order(s) means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.
