Equity Account definition

Equity Account means the account maintained for each Participant by the Manager in accordance with Subsection 7.2(m) of the Agreement.
Equity Account means the account of that name within the Project Fund created pursuant to Section 4.1(a) hereof.
Equity Account means the account of that name established within the Project Fund pursuant to Section 5.01 of this Indenture.

  • On the Closing Date, the Borrower shall deposit or cause to be deposited with the Fiscal Agent, for deposit in the Equity Account of the Project Fund, the amount of $0.00.
