Equity Account definition

Equity Account means the account maintained for each Participant by the Manager in accordance with Subsection 8.2(n) of the Agreement.
Equity Account means the account of that name within the Project Fund created pursuant to Section 4.1(a) hereof.
Equity Account means the account of that name established within the Project Fund pursuant to Section 5.01 of this Indenture.

  • The amounts specified in Section 5.01(c) shall be deposited in the Loan Account, the Capitalized Interest Account, the Costs of Issuance Account and the Equity Account of the Project Fund.

  • The Trustee shall make payments from the Equity Account to pay (A) all costs of acquisition, construction and equipping of the Project other than Qualified Costs of the Project, and (B) to the extent amounts on deposit in the Loan Account are insufficient for such purposes, Qualified Costs of the Project.

More Definitions of Equity Account

Equity Account means the bank account opened in the name of the Owner with the Equity Account Bank and designated “Kithira Equity Account” for the purposes of the holding of the Equity Collateral.
