Investment Account definition

Investment Account. As defined in Section 3.12(a).
Investment Account. The commingled account (which shall be commingled only with investment accounts related to series of pass-through certificates with a class of certificates which has a rating equal to the highest of the Ratings of the Certificates) maintained by the Master Servicer in the trust department of the Investment Depository pursuant to Section 3.03 and which bears a designation acceptable to the Rating Agencies.
Investment Account. As defined in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement.

  • At that time, any balance of funds in the Guaranteed Loan Funds Account exceeding such insurance coverage shall be fully (100%) and continuously invested in Government Obligations, as defined in paragraph 10 hereof, held in the Guaranteed Loan Funds Investment Account.

Investment Account shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.06(a).
Investment Account any of a Securities Account, a Commodity Account or a Deposit Account.

Amounts allocated to any Investment Account identified in Schedule A of the Contract shall be invested in the shares of the corresponding Mutual Fund Portfolio listed in the current prospectus for the Variable Account.
