Equity Contribution Amount definition

Equity Contribution Amount means, as at any date of determination, (a) the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the equity capital of the Borrowers during the period from and including the respective dates of organization of the Borrowers through and including such date of determination minus (b) the aggregate amount of distributions made in respect of the equity capital of the Borrowers during such period.

Equity Contribution Amount means, as at any date of determination, (a) the sum of (i) $21,401,000 plus (ii) the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the equity capital of the Borrowers (on a combined basis) during the period from and including the First Restatement Effective Date through and including such date of determination minus (b) the aggregate amount of distributions made in respect of the equity capital of the Borrowers during such period (other than pursuant to Section 8.09(e)) minus (c) the amount of cash contributions to the equity capital of the Borrowers (on a consolidated basis) to the extent such equity proceeds are designated as being included in the Available Amount.

Examples of Equity Contribution Amount in a sentence

• The resulting financial model shall constitute the Base Case Financial Model, which will reflect the Equity Contribution Amount as of the Financial Close Date.
