Equity Escrow Account definition

Equity Escrow Account means the account designated under the Equity Escrow Agreement to receive and hold the proceeds of the Preferred Equity Investment on or prior to the Closing Date to be invested in or loaned to Amerigon Germany in connection with the Acquisition and/or the Takeover Offer, as applicable, and in accordance with the terms of the Parent Credit Facility Documents.
Equity Escrow Account means the Equity Escrow Amount deposited with the Escrow Agent, as such sum may be increased or decreased as provided in the Escrow Agreement.
Equity Escrow Account means the account into which $44.7 million in cash is deposited on the date of the Existing Notes Indenture representing equity contributions made to the Partnership by HCS I, HCS II and Paddlewheels.
