Equity Infusion Date definition
Equity Infusion Date has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.04 hereof.
Equity Infusion Date means the date on which Holdings shall have received at least $4,000,000 in cash proceeds from the issuance of equity securities, and Holdings shall have contributed such proceeds to the Borrower as equity, all on terms acceptable to the Agent, and the Agent shall have received copies, certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of Holdings, of the documents evidencing such transactions.
