Equity Position has the meaning set out in Section 7.1.

A Synthetic Long Position shall not include any interests, rights, options or other securities set forth in Rule 16a-1(c)(1)-(5) or (7) of the General Rules and Regulations under the Exchange Act.

  • CEO means the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
