Equity-seeking Community means a group that experiences economic disadvantage through discrimination or barriers to equal opportunity. This includes, but is not limited to, women, recent immigrants (10 years or less), racialized minorities, Black Torontonians, persons with a disability including mental health, LGBTQ2S+, vulnerable youth, veterans, and persons with low income.
