Equity Unit definition

Equity Unit shall have the meaning set forth in the Underwriting Agreement.
Equity Unit means a limited partnership interest in the Partnership representing a fractional part of all the limited partner interests in the Partnership, other than a Preferred Unit;
Equity Unit means the right to receive appreciation in value of Common Stock pursuant to Section 2.4 of this Plan.

Examples of Equity Unit in a sentence

  • Equity Units may be granted in connection with Options or independently, but an Equity Unit granted in connection with an ISO only may be granted at the same time the ISO is granted.

  • An Equity Unit granted independent of any other Award will be exercisable pursuant to the terms of the Award Agreement granting the Equity Unit.

Equity Unit means one Class A Unit of Management Holdings, LLC, having the terms and conditions set forth in the LLC Agreement.
