Equivalent e-document means an electronic equivalent of a document, issued by the issuing authority of such document with its valid digital signature including documents issued to the digital locker account of the client as per rule 9 of the Information Technology (Preservation and Retention of Information by Intermediaries Providing Digital Locker Facilities) Rules, 2016.
Order Document means any official Purchaser document and attachments thereto specifying the Software to be purchased from the Vendor under this Contract.
Settlement Document shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).
relevant document means, with respect to a Receivable:
Equivalent Load means the sum of a Market Participant’s net system requirements to serve its customer load in the PJM Region, if any, plus its net bilateral transactions.
Cash Management Document means any certificate, agreement or other document executed by any Loan Party in respect of the Cash Management Obligations of any Loan Party.
Loan Document means this Agreement, each Note, each Letter of Credit Document, the Guaranty and each other document or instrument now or hereafter executed and delivered by a Loan Party in connection with, pursuant to or relating to this Agreement.
Morphine equivalent dose means a conversion of various opioids to a morphine equivalent dose by the use of accepted conversion tables.
procurement document means any document produced or referred to by the contracting authority to describe or determine elements of the procurement or the procedure, including the contract notice, the prior information notice where it is used as a means of calling for competition, the technical specifications, the descriptive document, proposed conditions of contract, formats for the presentation of documents by candidates and tenderers, information on generally applicable obligations and any additional documents;
Credit Document means any of this Agreement, the Revolving Loan Notes, if any, the Collateral Documents, the Asset Purchase Agreement, any Receivables Purchase Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Backup Servicing Agreement, the Custodial Agreement and all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by Company or Holdings for the benefit of any Agent or any Lender in connection herewith.
Financing Document means any credit agreement, guarantee, financing or security agreement or other agreements or instruments governing indebtedness of the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.
RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.
Programme Document means the formal document (in standard format) attached to this Agreement, which is concluded by the Parties and reflects expected results, detailed activities, timeframes and budget, and defines what is to be accomplished. The Programme Document is the basis for requisitioning, committing and disbursing funds to carry out planned activities and for their monitoring and reporting.
Tender Document means the Document provided by a Purchaser to a Tenderer as a basis for preparation of its Tender;
Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
Related Document any agreement, certificate, document or instrument relating to a Letter of Credit.
Secured Credit Document means (i) the Credit Agreement and each other Loan Document (as defined in the Credit Agreement), (ii) each Initial Additional First Lien Document and (iii) each Additional First Lien Document.
Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced (whether or not upon termination, and whether with the original lenders or otherwise), restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.
Bid Document - shall mean the document submitted by the bidder, pursuant to understanding and agreeing with the terms and conditions set out in this Tender Document.

Credit Document Obligations shall have the meaning provided in the definition of "Obligations" in this Article IX.
ballot document means a ballot paper, internet voting record, telephone voting record or text voting record.
Award Document means the document signed by the Agency and the Purchasing Division, and approved as to form by the Attorney General, that identifies the Vendor as the contract holder.
Substantive document means a document or other information or data in electronic media determined by the comptroller to substan- tially involve or include information or data significant to an applica- tion, the evaluation or consideration of an application, or the agree- ment or implementation of an agreement for limitation of appraised value pursuant to Tax Code Chapter 313. The term includes, but is not limited to, any application requesting a limitation on appraised value and any amendments or supplements, any economic impact evaluation made in connection with an application, any agreement between applicant and the district and any subsequent amend- ments or assignments, any district written finding or report filed with the comptroller as required under 34 Administrative Code Chapter 9, Subchapter F; and any completed annual eligibility re- port (Form 50-772A) submitted to the comptroller. The term shall
Drawing Document means any Letter of Credit or other document presented for purposes of drawing under any Letter of Credit.
Governing Document means any charter, articles, bylaws, certificate, statement, statutes or similar document adopted, filed or registered in connection with the creation, formation or organization of an entity, and any Contract among all equityholders, partners or members of an entity.
