Equivalent experience definition

Equivalent experience means experience which the college and the teacher agree is equivalent to experience prescribed by this award or is determined as being equivalent in accordance with clause 4, Classification Disputes.
Equivalent experience means ownership/management of a company with essentially the same type of operations and business functions.
