Equivalent manager definition

Equivalent manager means an individual authorized to act on behalf of a pharmaceutical firm not licensed as a pharmacy to serve as the primary contact for the department and is responsible for man- aging the facility operations which includes, but is not limited to, actively involved in and aware of the daily operations of the facili- ty.
Equivalent manager means an individual authorized to act on behalf of the covered entity to serve as the primary contact for the department and is responsible for managing the facility operations, which includes but is not limited to, actively involved in and aware of the daily operations of the facility.

  • Equivalent Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 6.3;
