ERCOT Nodal Protocols definition
ERCOT Nodal Protocols means the current protocols established by ERCOT outlining the procedures and processes used by ERCOT and its market participants for the functioning of the ERCOT system;
ERCOT Nodal Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as may be amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and settlement (including customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Nodal Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Nodal Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.
ERCOT Nodal Protocols means the ERCOT Nodal Protocols as adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in such documents, as amended from time to time.

Any capitalized term not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term by the ERCOT Nodal Protocols in existence at the Effective Date and if not defined in such protocols, as the term is defined in the Customer Protection Rules.
